Teen Town Hall Meeting is an annual event sponsored by the Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. It is designed to encourage and empower middle and high school youth by providing them in attaining successful life skills. Topics that are relevant to teens are explored and discussed in an open forum type setting.

Teen Court is a voluntary deferral program that the juvenile defendant may request in lieu of paying a fine. The juvenile defendant must plead "guilty" or "no contest" in open court, with a parent or guardian present, at which time the judge will enter a deferred judgment and assess a fine. The defendant may then request to participate in the Teen Court Program. Approval of the request is within the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge. If the request is approved, the juvenile defendant attends a "court session" and is "sentenced" by his/her peers (teen volunteers).
